The Solon Chamber of Commerce is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers' personal information. This statement applies with respect to the information that we collect from visitors to our web site, located at www.solonchamber.com. This statement also applies to information we collect in order to process commercial transactions initiated by customers on our web site including the purchasing or renewing of memberships online.

We may also use this information to contact you when necessary; deliver to you information about our company and/or promotional material from some of our partners; and/or perform trend analysis, pattern detection, and web site administration.

We may use your IP Address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our web site.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (THIS"AGREEMENT") IS BETWEEN THE SOLON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND YOU.

CHAMBER MEMBERSHIP
Once approved by the Board of Directors, all membership investments are final and not refundable without the approval of the Board of Directors. To receive a refund, a member must submit in writing to the Board of Directors the reason for requesting the refund. All decisions of the Board of Directors are final.

CHAMBER EVENTS
Anyone wishing to cancel a reservation for a Chamber event must do so prior to the reservation deadline to receive a refund. Reservation deadlines are stated on all promotional materials associated with the event, including the Chamber web site. Anyone canceling after the reservation deadline, and no shows, will be charged as if they attended, and those who indicated they would pay at the door will be invoiced.

All other sales are final.
