Call for Vendors: 2025 Beachwood and Solon AI Summit
The Solon Chamber is seeking passionate and knowledgeable vendors in the AI, technology, or managed service provider (MSP) space to participate in our AI Summit on October 23, 2025.
Vendors will be provided a table to share information about their products or services that support the overall goals of the AI Summit. Their offerings should align with the event’s focus on how AI technology can benefit businesses through practical solutions for growth and efficiency. The goals for the summit are to provide access to valuable AI tools and resources, raise awareness of emerging technologies, highlight local expertise, and inspire innovation and business growth across industries.

Members selected as vendors are required to pay a $200 participation fee, while non-members are required to pay $250 to participate. To be considered, you must complete the below form before the August 16th deadline.
